Default Got on the dyno today!

Put my 2012 GT on a Mustang dyno today to get a baseline (sort of...). All I've done thus far is a Steeda CAI and tune. It was around 85 degrees and 70% humidity. Results were 368 rwhp and 333 rwtq

It's about what I thought it would put down, if not a little less. It looks like the power on these engines falls off around 6900-7000 in stock form. I can't seem to find a curve of a coyote with the Boss manifold and cams if someone can find a link.

Track times coming in the next few weeks for sure. Anyone here go to Royal Purple in Baytown on a regular basis?

Good numbers. Manual or auto 6speed? And was the pulls done with the steeda cai and tune on or stock tune and box?

Manual tranny, with tune and CAI. I really wanted to get a true baseline but they couldn't fit me in last week before I put the stuff on.

Dyno numbers could change +/- 20whp and torque in the same day. I went and had one done recently and it was only 396/361 and I expected about 15 higher on both....I wouldn't put too much thought into it, I really just wanted to make sure the AFR was good. I was 12.7 AFR at the tailpipe which is good from what I was told. Also this was done on a Mustang dyno which naturally reads less than a dynojet.

Are those corrected or actual numbers? The heat and humidity would definitely sap some power... and could explain why the dyno is on the low side if those are the uncorrected numbers.

That's sweet. My Cobra put down 373 rwhp and 360 rwtq last time, you're right there power-wise... Gotta love these new 5.0s!

Those were uncorrected numbers. The corrected were only about 7 hp/lbft higher.

I've always put more emphasis on track times than dyno numbers, just haven't made it out there yet.

edit: I take that back...these are the corrected numbers. Where it says WC on the bottom left means they're corrected.
