Default wheel combo?

Does anyone know if we can do a 19" rim up front and a 20" rim in the back? How would it effect the abs system, or would it throw a code/disable it? Has anyone seen or heard of anyone doing this set up?

Thanks

I don't know about rim size bit I know several people who run different tire sizes front and rear without any issue. I know one guy whose tires in the front are about 1.5 inches shorter in the front than the back and he has no problems.

You can run 20s with 19s fine. If they don't rub, you're good to go.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm thinking of buying my friends 2012 GT500 SVT rims and they are 19/20 so it shouldn't be an issue.

Totally doable, and since there's currently only a couple of street 295/35/19 tires being made (which would give you a stock 27" wheel/tire height), I know some folks who run the 20s out back just so they have more choices of tires AND can match OEM tire height.

Otherwise, for accurate speedo/odo readings, you'd need to reset the tire size in your tune if you end up with a different height.

That's how the GT500s are set up.
