No lemon law in Tx. I thought most states had one . After so much time for the same problem the company would have to replace the vehicle. After this long it should be replaced or at least a new engine.

I like to think that the service department at the dealer is way better than us at diagnosing things like that. In your video, it sure sounds like it's coming from the bottom end.

I have to assume that they've determined otherwise, I have to believe that or nothing else in this world would make sense!

In TX they require 2 attempts prior to 12k and 2 more before 24k, or 30 days in service - 30 days negated if they provide a loaner car. Dealer refused a loaner for 2.5 wks. Ford corporate called and fixed that as they realized they were about to buy back their car...
