700-800 HP easily for the assembled units, blocks can handle 1,200

To support that power range should the FRPP main bolts and main side bolts be replaced with ARP studs and bolts?

No not required, the FRPP blocks are a lot more stout then a lot of people realize.

Don't the Aluminator blocks, PN M-6007-A50NA & M-6007-A50SC, already come with ARP bolts as part of the crate engine?

As for the main caps, the Modulars are four bolt mains plus 2 more cross bolted for each cap (6 total bolts per cap). Even without ARP bolts for the mains, the stock 6 bolts will provide tremendous strength keeping those caps in place even under crazy boost.

I just went through the FRPP catalog and neither complete or short block specify, however you are correct the stock caps are plenty strong to over 1,200 HP when everything is spinning smoothly
