Default stock coyote motor

Couldn't find this on here... even though I am sure it is.. but..

What kind of power levels has the motor been able to support to this point?

Just to give you an idea:
FRPP offers a supercharger that allows the stock Coyote to pump out 525BHP crank. PN: M-6066-MGT525D
You get a 12mo/12Kmi powertrain warranty because they are confident the Coyote can survive the 7PSI manifold boost this kit gives.

FRPP also has another SC kit for making 624BHP at the crank. PN: M-6066-MGT624PD
Notice that the powertrain warranty is missing, so you assume all responsibility for this 9PSI manifold boosting.

There are modders who put Hellion twin turbos on the stock Coyote to make over 700HP at the wheel, but they stopped there.
They decided to go with the Coyote Aluminator before attempting to shoot for the 1000 HP goal.

Honestly, I would not suggest modding over what the 624BHP FRPP SC kit does. The conrods are not billet machined forged rods, and even more disturbingly, the stock cast pistons have shown failures with tunes and bolt-on mods without super/turbocharging.

The warranty covers the installed SC parts, not the powertrain. However being Ford is a very conservative company my experience is if they sanction a 624hp kit to be sold under the FRPP brand the engine is strong enough to take that kind of power. I know plenty of people with the 550HP kit on their 4.6L 3v that had 10K even 20K+ miles on factory motor and trans with no problems other then a burned out factory clutch.... that seems to be the weakest link when driven "enthusiastically"

You're right, and I stand corrected.

I have to correct what I said. This is what happens with the FRPP SC kit:

The 12mo/12K warranty is only for the supercharger itself,
The supercharger warranty is in conjunction with the cars original warranty.
The car does not take on the 12mo/12k nor does the car warranty gain an additional 12mo/12k added onto the existing remaining car warranty.

For the gray areas, which are more complicated, FRPP says it best in this link

Looks like a pretty good warranty.

Roush has a TVS 575hp kit that comes with an optional 3/36 full powertrain warranty. This is the route I'm taking. It's phase 1 of 3 phases. After the warrenty runs out you can jump to 625hp which is phase 2 or the 675 + hp phase 3. Anyway, to the OPs ?, If Roush is willing to give a full 3/36 powertrain warrenty with their 575 kit then I'd say that our blocks can safely handle that much. I'm sure it can handle 700 but with a short life span. If I get that high I'm going to do it with the aluminator.
