I take that back, what I posted earlier that is. I was wrong in what I said in that post.
FRPP seems to have modified their warranty with their supercharger kits; you have to click on the PDF icon on the available warranty information in the product page.

The 12/12K warranty is as follows for the superchargers:
"This Limited Warranty replaces the existing manufacture's New Vehicle Limited Warranty for engine, driveline and suspension parts when a concern is triggered by a warranted Ford Racing Supercharger. All engine, driveline and
suspension warranty issues not related to installation of Ford Racing Superchargers remain subject to existing manufacturer's New Vehicle Limited Warranty."
