It's not going to happen, but I wish we could return manufacturing back to this country.
This could generate a huge discussion. Basically corporations own the world and base their decisions on profits, not families and their livelihood. Let's just equate them to a filthy cabin filter. Eventually that mode of operation will swallow itself like a black hole.

I never really was THAT concerned to check and find out if there was one frankly, b/c it is a bit of a PITA to get to it. 3 separate dealers have told me that there isn't a CAF on the 11+ Mustangs. Guess who's going to get a new CAF tomorrow? I'm going to take the car in and demand that it be replaced. And, if they tell me again that there isn't one, I'm going to have him stand there while I pull it out.
Did you take it back to the dealership to get a new CAF? Did you have to show them were it was?

From what I have read, it is recommended to change the CAF every 12 months. It's been 6 years and I haven't changed mine yet. I know it's not that dirty because I hardly use the A/C or heater, however I will be getting a K&N filter because you can clean it and reuse it.... they last 10 years.
