Hey everyone, brand new owner here. I bought a 2012 gt a few weeks ago. I got the tires spinning coming out of a u-turn yesterday unintentionally. The traction control came on and I got a real bad vibration in the rear end. Ever since then when I'm at low rpm in a low gear I get a real loud pinging from the engine compartment. Especially during acceleration. Plus a real rough feel once I get into gear from a dead stop. Any thoughts on the issue.

 

What you say doesn't make sense. If you actually have heavy ping, stop driving it, take it in and drop the codes.

Nothing you did should have the results you are describing so, either your description is wrong or something very weird is happening.
