CAI or Tune First?

I never intended to keep this car stock. Maybe my mistake isn't the modding but the $10/month I'm spending on the B2B instead. Honestly, many other things can go wrong with the car to allow the warranty to pay for itself, say AC.
I understand/agree with you 100% that if something happens, I would have a near impossible fight on my hands. Luckily, I don't plan on anything crazy that would put my drivetrain at a greater risk.
Would you ask the same question to someone who purchased a new 2014 and intended to mod it before the factory 3yr warranty expired?

Why would you spend money on a 7 year B2B and put it at risk by modding the car?

I've had a small slough of little things, other than the major trans repair. A shock started leaking out back recently, the end links started clunking and it's been through two GPS antennas within a year. All repaired under the factory b2b fortunately. Doesn't totally inspire confidence, though.
I guess the 100+ full slick launches at the track might have something to do with the suspension stuff, if I'm honest....

Maybe you'd like to throw in your 0.02 on my suspension questions:
