Default Exhaust Vibration

Afternoon all,

I have a Supercharged 2013 GT, recently installed ARH Longtubes with ARH O/R H pipe. Question is, at start up 1100-1200rpm as well as shifting at 2600-2800 there is a small vibration which I can feel in my seat and the steering wheel. If I go through the gears quick you can't feel it. I loosened all the clamps, and the vibration was gone, tightened everything back up, and it was back. Nothing is rubbing, there are no noises, I really believe it's exhaust related. Just curious if anybody else has experienced a problem like this, and if so we're you able to correct it.

Thanks everyone..

Reloosen all of the clamps again, verify the feeling is gone, then retighen them one-by-one with a test drive in between each. When you tighten the one that seems to create the vibration, then you can better evaluate what could be causing it.

Exhaust dampers (weights) break up harmonic vibrations and Ford used them for years!!

You can make 'em or buy some!!

Here are mine on my 2004 Marauder.....cleared the rattle and vibration up immediately!!
