FRPP 525 vs 624 supercharger.
I have a 2011, and I'm debating between these two packages. Obviously, everybody wants the highest output. But, I want my engine to live, also. So I'm looking for people with some experiences and opinions on both. My question is:
1. With the 624, it says it's rated with 93 octane. We only have 91 around here. So is it designed to run with 91 also? Or will it knock with 91? Does anybody know what the actual output is with 91?
2. If the 624 winds up too aggressive, is there a way to put on the larger pulley of the 525 and downgrade? I know in LS engines, the calibration files are floating around. Is there any way to get a copy of the 525 file?
3. On the ProCal in general...if things go to pot, and I want to go back to naturally aspirated...is there a way to undo the calibration and go back to the stock calibration? Or have I lost the stock file for good once I've flashed it?
Thanks in advance for your opinions.

I had similar concerns when I had my Roush TVS installed. Dependability was my #1 concern - then HP. Looked all around on the websites & talked to some folks at both Ford dealerships that were roush dealers and indy shops. Went with the Brenspeed 626 setup for my car. I wanted a very clean installation and factory look and that is what I got. That was @18 months ago. My tune is set for 93 but they do offer tunes for 91. It runs great - no issues at all - getting 24 MPG on average. Knowing what I know now I would have stepped up to the 650HP kit because it uses the open airbox and gives more intake sound on hard throttle. At this point will I up grade - probably not as the car is in the sweet spot for me & how I use it. Not sure if this helps you with your decision but I understand your concerns. Go for it!
