Electrical problems?

Electrical problems?
2011 GT
2 days ago i noticed my windows wont work from the drivers side or passenger side, this morning heading to work in the dark i notice the light in the dash and radio kept blinking for a milisecond, thought i was seeing things, but it started blinking slower and slower and i drove. By the time i got to work the light was off longer then it blinked on, but its not affecting the lights when i open my door. Can these 2 things related or is my car finally falling apart?
