I ordered the BLACK decals for a raised hood scoop...product SKU is 26006. I received them in the mail just the other day and they areSILVER notBLACK. I understand that sometimes errors do occur andI figureda phone call would correct it. I called as soon as I found out whatI had ordered was incorrect, and the only explanation i was given as to why I was given silver not blackdecalswas that whatI had was blackand that there was nothing that could be done about it but to return it. I know the difference between black and silver and the decalsthat arrived at my house are silver (not black as I had ordered). I like the product that I was hoping to get and Iwas ready to spend much more money to customize my Mustang, but I can't believe that whoever I spoke to on the Phone would go on saying that what was delivered to me was indeed the correct product and that I am mistaken forthinking that it is silver. Help me get the product I payed and asked for.[/align] E. Medrano[/align][/align]

I sent you an email yesterday in response to this exact message that you sent us in an email. I'm assuming you didn't get it...check your spam folder because it's probably there.

What I said in the email, though, was to give me a call at ext. 307. I'm sorry that you weren't helped when you called and that you received the wrong product. I don't know who you spoke with that told you that since there were no notes in your order about it. If you know, please let me know so I can have him dealt with appropriately. Call me Monday and I'll be happy to do an exchange for you.
