i was wondering if i would be able to do a straight exchange for a set of Nitto 555r's i bought from u guys a bit ago sometime in Jan. I called the other day and the guy said he didnt know if i could and he would have to check with management...I know you guys have a 30 day limit on returns but i just wanna switch them out for a different size.

The tires are still in the same condition as recieved with the stickers on them and the tires never mounted.

I ofcourse will pay the difference and shipping to send the tires back to yall if thats what i have to do. the 2 years ive been buying from AM.com have been great thanks to the excellent customer service. If you guys can please help me out that would be great!

 

If they are in 100% brand new, never mounted, condition, I could probably have the exchange setup. Before I do this though, have you checked into selling them in your area on CraigsList or eBay? It might be cheaper for you to do this since you would not have to pay the shipping back to us and should get close to what you paid for them. Shoot me a PM with your Full Name and/or Order Number if you do want to go ahead with the exchange.

Thanks! Yes i tried to posting them up to sell them but everyone here seems to lowball the hell outta me and i just cant bare to loose so much money on them. Yes they are 100% as recieved, new, never mounted.

Sounds good. When you get the shipping quotes, make sure they include appropriate insurance on them! - Nick
