Default Single Sequential Taillight Kit?

Nick,

I recently ordered the Mustang Sequential Taillights Kit for the 96-04 models. When i installed the first one and went to test it, it blew a fuse in my car. After replacing the fuse and trying it again, it just blinks normally. I have tried everything in the instructions and everything I can think of to fix it but it will not blink in sequence. I read in the instructions that pinching the wires on the frame could cause a short that "will destroy the module!" I installed the second one and it works perfectly.

My question is this: Is there a way I can get a single replacement kit sent (if not, I understand as the problem could have been my fault) and if not, is there anyway i can order just a single kit instead of the set of two offered on the website?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can offer!

If you pinched the wires on the car's body, you will see physical damage to the wires, ie the insulation will be cut/scraped/etc. If you don't see any damage, the unit is probably defective. The manufacturer has a 1 year warranty on them, so just give us a call and we can get a new set sent out to you no problem.
