Yes, the Strange axles are factory replacements and the Auburn LSD is a factory replacement as well. They should work together just fine and I haven't seen anything that would suggest otherwise.
As far as the Auburn unit itself, if you're looking for the most B.A. LSD for your v6, this is gonna be it! The T-Lok was good, but doesn't hold a candle to Auburn's stuff. Auburn makes some of the burliest diffs for almost any model car and they fit/finish/performance/strength is second to none. That's why they command the price they do. If you're staying 7.5" in the rear and want the best diff possible, that's definitely the way to go!
