I was looking at the v6 2011 project car. What I am looking for tires and rims for street performance not really drag tires. Lightest set of rims wide asone can get front and rear set low performance tires I want to stick to the curves and road too on straights.

The 2011 v6 Project car had Race Star wheels for Stage 5, so I'm assuming you're talking about the GT500 wheels we had for stages 1-4? The GT500 wheels aren't heavy, but the Race Stars are way lighter. RaceStars are also a strict drag racing wheel setup, which you mentioned you're not interested in.

A good wheel/tire package for the GT500 wheels is with the Nitto 555 tires. This package has the staggered look you're going for with a 18x9s for the front and 18x10s in the rear. Nitto 555s are an excellent street tire for the price too. You'll find confidence in your turns and for lateral acceleration. I think you'll be really happy with this package.
