Default Wheel damage.

After looking at my wheels today I noticed some unsettling damage to three of the 4 wheels. Paint chipping on two and what looks like curb rash on the other, however I have not driven on any road that has a curb. The only gravel it's been on was about 30ft worth at my parking lot at work. So do I send them back? Is it a user error? They have less than 50 miles on them and I highly doubt it was something I did, not saying it wasn't. Anyone have suggestions? Any reps have any opinions? As always any help is appreciated.Name: imagejpg1_zpsf0cc7598.jpg
