First off I got 2 x JL 10w1v2 subs that will be powered up by a Kenwood KAC-7202 amp. I also got an Alpine CDE-9852 head unit... Was just wondering how good this system will sound before hooking it up. I'm still waiting for the amp to arrive so will I be dissappointed heavily or be pleasantly surprised?

8 gauge amp kit - fosgate
12 gauge speaker wire - fosgate

 

it all depends on the box and other factors but everyone has a different opinon what sounding good is.It should be decent for the dollar

 

if its your first system you will probaly be happy. also you probaly got ripped on the RF wire.

 

RF wire is alot of $

 

I know i think their basic amp kits are like 80 bucks or so with out RCAs. i sell tsunami ones with RCAs for 45. wire is pretty much wire.

 

good thing i didn't buy from best buy... the amp kit was at 90 bucks and the speaker wire was at 17 bucks.

saved 50 or so bucks buying on ebay...
