Default stock to mach

I've got a stock 2001 mustang and I am looking to upgrade the sounds sytem, but don't want some huge aftermarket system, i'd like to keep it clean and upgrade to the mach 460 system. So my question is this, is it possible, and if so how hard would it be and what all would I need beside the mach components?

Thanks
