box material

I know the wood you use is mdf to build yoru sub box but i have found this stuff called ultra light mdf its supose to do the same thing but lighter and thinner would it still work for the box or is regular mdf the best way to go?

that stuff is good but its about 120 a sheet, as long as its 3/4' HDF its good

120 a sheet thats alot of $ i get 1 1/2 mdf for cheaper.

last time we got mdf we got it for 11 bucks a sheet for 3/4". the lady charged us wrong and we tried to tell her but she thought she was right.

Ya 3/4' MDF is 16 a sheet here but that Atlanta High Density Board is over 100 dollars but a sheet is like 40lbs! and still just as strong
