Default Beeping noise

I've been having some problems with my cd player and speakers not that big a deal, but now when I start up my car there is a loud beeping noise that is coming from behind the cd player. Curious if there is some type of connection behind the cd player that could be loose. I looked but didn't see anything

any thoughts?

It might be the ignition box. My friends did that and then he couldn't get it to crank. He had to go buy another msd that day.

If it is five beeps, then off for a while, then five more beeps, your air bag system needs to be serviced.

where is the black box at? how hard would it be to replace if nothing is unplugged? and finally if its the airbag system do i just take it to the ford dealer, or is it something that can be fixed anywhere?

Thanks for the input and responding so fast!

I have this problem in mine and just about anyone I know with a SN95 has the same problem. I heard from some many pople like 5 different reason behind the noise that I just stopped looking into it and started turning my radio up loud enough to over power the noise. I am yet to find out what the noise really is from. And I believe they moved it because he said it's coming from behind my cd player and because he mentioned the word speakers in his post.
