What part stumps you? Or do you not know where to begin? What most people will do is run the power wire through a hole in the firewall, usually on the drivers side. Sometimes holes may have to be drilled, depending on the car. Then you take off the door sills (plastic things that hide the edge of the carpet) and run the wire under there, under the back seat and into the trunk. RCA wires can be run on the same side, but it's better to run them on the opposite side, which usually means the passenger side. Remote wire can be run on either side (probably easier to run it with the RCAs since they come from the same general area)
If that's not the information you were looking for, let us know, but make sure to be specific.
Also, if you're running more than a few hundred watts, you should upgrade "the big 3": Alt to battery positive wire, Engine to battery ground wire, battery to chassis ground wire. I like to use 0 gauge for the grounds just because you don't need more than a few feet so it's cheap. (Make sure you put a fuse on any wire you add from the alt to battery, separate from the fuse for the amp itself)
