try disconnecting the power and then re-connect it and try again. Sometimes it just needs to be reset.

This same problem is happening to me right now. IM TIRED OF THE RADIO!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Its killing me....... the damn cds are jammed up in there and it wont even move to the next track or eject the cds or anything. This is BS and I hate these cd players now! I usually had problems with the cd just not going all the way in, or sometimes if I hit the console really hard it would spit out the cd......

I took the cd player out of the dash, slapped it around a bit, beat the crap out of it, and it still wont eject my cds!!!! i went to a good audio shop, and they told me they would have to take it all the way apart and fish out the stuck CDs. Im just going to do that myself tonight......Im so tired of this radio they play the same stupid songs all day long......If i break it well i guess its time for a cd player upgrade. This stock one is cool cause its a 6 disc changer all in one, but the thing is a POS......
