ok i have a 94 GT Coupe Automatic and i was putting in the cd player and the sub/amp tonight and while i was running some of the wires i had the ash tray deal pulled out and theres two wires under it one is like a blue and the other is black.... it looks like the were soidered(sp?) to something and i dont know what they are for i was sittin there and the two ends hit and sparked and i would really like to know what these wires are for so if anyone can help that would be great .....thanks

I know as much as you tell me, its a "thing" . it could be a light for the ashtray but it sounds like the two wires that connect to the bottom of the cig lighter? Does the lighter work now? More then likely you need to replace a fuse somewhere, what isn't working now?
