Do you have any personal expierence with boss subs? I have a feeling you might be kinda dissapointed. and with all that amp power you might consider a little better battery. i dont know if youd need a larger alternator. but i did the same thing with a thunderbird once and i ended up havin to upgrade

Honestly Krush not the best system for the money.

Don't get Alpine amps. Soundstream or Hifonics if you want a great amp for a good price.

I've got the Clarion HX-D10 HU, Diamond Audio M651 Component set, Soundstream Rubicon300-2 Amp for components, Optima Red Top, KnuKonceptz.com wiring kit.

Don't get rear speakers. You don't need a rear stage.

You're going to be very disappointed in those subs.

Image Dynamics, Adire Audio, Diamond Audio, Elemental Designs and so on are all GREAT companies for amazing subs and also don't care a HUGE price tag either.

Good luck though.

i'm not sql heavy... I'm more into quality over quantity... the boss subs are actually very decent for what I want... and the alpine systems... well... i like them... brand loyalty I suppose you could say... but I wasn't going to spend the money for the V12 version or the Type R subs... if alpine ends up liking my system setup enough they can give them to me and then I'll be even happier...

I wasn't talking about SPL I was talking about SQ. SPL is for those people who wish to be 35 and can't hear ****.

I'm also more about quality. I'm a SQ person. I've been to SPL comps and etc but it's not something I really get into. Best ever done with 1 sub was 151Db with a RE XXX 15 in a box 1 cubic foot too small.

Ya ever need to know anything car audio related that's one of my areas of expertise. Been in it for going on 6 years or more now.

i would agree with digital, boss subs lack performance and if you are looking for sq, you will need a more dynamic sub with a lower dist. level and better sensitivity. i am still using infinity perfect 6.1 components for highs off orion red hcca 250 r for power. you will pick up most of your sq from the use of equalizers/cross-overs/dsps. i personally like clarion for my head and eq/dsp. in a stang to max your sq, you will need to deaden the doors and the back deck with dynamat.
