Default Looking to upgrade cheap but need help

I have the shaker 500 6 cd changer system and I'm looking to upgrade to better sound quality. I'd like to get another CD changer (btw, do all CD changers have a trunk console?). I also want my head unit to have that cool equalizer display. Any recommendations?

Too many choices and too little space. What do have in mind for budget? Cheap and upgrade could be a problem. Pioneer has a cool looking 6-CD in-dash change with a video display but it's going to set you back $1,400.

Scratch the cd changer then, I just want a head unit that will improve the sound quality of my speakers. A head unit with an equalizer display would be nice. Looking to spend $200 max.

If you want better sound quality, then you need to upgrade your speakers and add an amplifier to them. You can get component sets for the front and back for around $200. They come with crossovers, new tweeters and midrange speakers to fit in the stock locations. They need more power to operate though, so your only option is to buy a small 4 channel amp to power them. Figure around $250 for a cheap amp installed. Then you can run high quality speaker wire to each component system and itll sound amazing.

I dunno, I think I'd just save the cash for a while and stick with the stock system. It's not THAT bad and I'm not sure you'll notice that much difference just replacing the main speakers.
