replacement system for basic stereo in '05+

Default replacement system for basic stereo in '05+
dealership local to me has a stang I like but the car only has the stock basic stereo in it but, the price is right. Has anyone replaced theres with something that sounded decent and didnt require any cutting. Id like something equivilent to the 500. Serius otion would also be nice.
