Default RE: CD player...new head unit help

i have an aftermarket (Alpine) CD player in place of the cassette player and i bought a "pocket" to fill the bottom space...i have 2 amps and speakers all around and 2 10" subs...don't bother even trying to connect the OEM CD player to an aftermarket head unit...i plan to put an equalizer in that space in the future when i have the money for it...i'm going with the Zapco
