I have had XM for 4 years now and love it. Everyone has there own liking of each and will tell you that one is better than the other but I have also to Sirus and it sounds good too. Just good to each ones website and see which one has what you would like.

I do XM myself, but it was an issue of the MLB coverage, ACC games and the like. I also Like Lex and Terry which they have now. I don't know how I did without it.

i have both and i would say for the most part with a few exceptions they are pretty equal. serius has a format towards a younger crowd. my opinion would be for serius.

Due to the NASCAR move from XM to Sirius - I just switched from XM to Sirius. The wireless FM modulator in the Sirius unit isn't powerful enough to blow your nose - let alone provide an interference free signal - even on a freq that is devoid of FM signals. If you choose Sirius - plan on buying the FM direct kit - about $20 from Circuit City. I'd love to do a direct audio connect to the "aux" input on the Shaker 500 - but I'm having trouble getting any info on the connector types, etc.

I have XM and listen to it only for the music. I'm happy with it. Had it for about 4 years. I've also heard Sirius and they have good music as well. Sirius has all commercial free music. A couple of the XM stations have commercials but not excessive.
