O. LOL. My bad, here you go.

You dont need to put it on the bottom of the trunk just the decklid top. But it is better if you do the bottom, just to hold the sound in and push it to the front.

Hmm, well i am getting a bit of extra cash, and if i hold off on installing and painting my body kit, then il be able to spend more on this. So, for now i guess il get enough for the deck lid, then when i get a bit of extra money il get some for the bottom. Its not going to be easy to find the Mach 1000 rack, but i might try to just make a custom box for the sides, as well as a custom rack.

Haha why do i feel in over my head here.

Well i think making the box wouldnt be to much of a problem, but then again im not saying itll be easy. So far, i seriously doubt il be able to find the Mach 1000 enclosure, so im just going to make my own box and rack based off that idea. Im not quite sure how the racks gunna get built, or anything like that. But il have to take some time to go out and play around with my idea and a cardboard box or two. I really need to take the amp out myself and look n see how I could possibly do this. I might also just ditch the rack idea, and just have the amp up against the back of the seat, or against the side of the trunk near the rear.

Do new head unit make a difference aswell? Because my friend will give me his head unit which has the amp converter built in, so i wouldnt have to get one for the stock head unit. This will save me 80 bucks on installation, but il only have 1 cd, instead of a 6 changer. (no big). But will this actually improve the sound quality at all?

Eh, dynamat is overpriced... Look into some b-quiet, it's cheaper and just as good as dynamat.
