uh...i dont think i can be much help, decent car audio isnt cheap. Most head units(CD players) are 150 or 200+. The pioneer DEH-1800 is an entry level head unit(i like pioneer, great quality and durable) You could try a for sale section of a car audio forum or something? or just spring for a decent set of 6.5s or whatever for the front??

New CD player and speakers is gonna cost at least $300 for anything that isnt junk. Try the pawn shops for a headunit, then buy new speakers with the rest.

If you just need some tunes to get you by until you can afford better you can try Wal-Mart for the pioneer they carry. Not something I would use if I had more money but they should get you by. Maybe even keep an eye out at Best Buy for any on sale or open box returnsect, ect, ect.
