I ran my power wire inside the car through the prexisiting hole in the firewall.. Then pulled up the door sill and ran it underneath the carpet.. It's well hidden and you don't see any bumps in the carpet.

the pipe seems to me it would take alot longer and be alot dirtier to be honest. The door sill just pulls up, you can tuck the wire under the plastic behind the door(no need to remove), the rear seat come out with the push of the two buttons...
BAM-yer in the trunk...... Back seat is a great place to put an amp, do it right and it will still fold down.
