Infinity Basslink
I recently purchased an Infinity Basslink to place in the trunk of my GT, with hopes of achieving a bit more bass and richness for my music out of the stock Mach460 system. Has anyone ever installed one of these? I do not want to modify the system really, so I guess I want to know is if anyone has had success with the installation using the speaker leads off of the rear Mach460 speakers to send the signal to the amplifier on the Basslink.
If anyone has done this install, would you be so kind to key me in on how you configured the gain and all other settings on the Basslink? I listen to mostly classic rock and country so I do not need to thump everything loose in the car, I just need nice full, rich music.
Thanks for the input!

You will set up the basslink like any other sub and amp. You will need to connect the remote, speaker inputs or low level inputs, power and ground. The gains need to adjusted using a mulitmeter, but if you need to do it by ear.
multimeter??????
I have one in my truck and I believe that if you use the speaker level inputs you do not need a remote turn on, it will use signal sence. It should not be a problem to tap the signal at the rear subwoofer signal, but if there is noice then you want to consider getting the signal behind the deck. If you still have noise at that point you will need a ling out converter and some rca's.
