yea for normal applications a good front stage is where you should put your money just saying rear stage does add some sq for a fuller sound if you have everything else done first, we had 6.5" Hex Mid driver only in the rear no tweets in rear with full hex componets up front and of cousre the $3500 D7 amp helps the sound too, lol.

 

I was thinking about getting CDT's new component system. Not only is it cheaper than JBL's new GTI's, but they have 80 more RMS watts at 230 then jbl's 150. and they have 92.4 dB and jbl has 89dB. Good decision? i dont know what really to look at when looking for power, since i got a drop top

I'll say it again, all the recent JBL car audio I have listened to has been so so on sound quality.
