haha...different moods for different sections

well back to the topic...like Preal said if you have the room try a ported box...other than that you should try and sell your current set-up and get some new/better stuff

I never though a certian woofer size was "tighter"then the other. From the beginning I researched and read the opinion of othe to educate myself before I got really into car audio.

I did buy a jensen bandASS before I researched subs, but I soon upgraded to eclipse poly cone 8k series woofer. The old clarion amp I had was designed by Zapco, and I have bought a couple things cheap even though they weren't great. (ie. volfenhag amp).

If people would just read the information section before positng, our job here would be much easier.

Hisss04Cobra- you should really stop name calling people.... all you did is shut me down but you had nothing else to say. don't come on here and down grade people abnd s**t like that. these forums are here to help. not to try to start fights. i have read some of posts and your the same all around. You have no input!!! your whole profile is the lamest s**t i have seen why don't you just go and cut more blood from yourself and leave me the hell alone. Your the douche bag.

when i was talkign a bout the sizes of the subs i was talking about i was trying to say that a 10 sub can not make the same sound that a 15 can make. a 15 can't move as fast as a 10. you need more power to move the 15 less power to move a 10. put a 250watt to a 10 and it will beat pretty good. put the same amp to a 15 and you have sound but not the same.

i am young and i think i know alittle about sound and audio not a whole lot. or even about cars. but the stuff i do know i have taught myself. never had a dad growing up so people lets help not call people out and call them some lame name as a douche bag.

laserred38- thanks man for what you said. you can alwasy tell what kind of guy you are by the car you drive. your car is pretty sick.

I AM HEAR TO LEARN... so if you don't wanna help then get the f***-**** out.

Yes, it's true.

I don't contribute to this forum at all.

I don't post any informationin the sticky

Quit posting useless information that is misleading everyone on here.

Read what some of the more informed people on this website have to say, and then post what they said, not what you "think" is correct.

Get rid of the Audiobling amp, its probably crap. But as others have said, the best way to get more bump is to build a ported box.

I'm sorry, but if you are here to learn please don't post misleading information.

A 10CAN make the same sound as a 15.

A 15 CAN move as fast as a 10.

You do NOT need more power to move a 15 then a 10.

Wattage has nothing to do with quality.

Your generalizations are completely incorrect. The majority of your assumptions show your ignorance. The key to the way a sub sounds is in the installation. Very littlehas to do with the sub. If you have questions I canaid in answering them, but you don't need to postabout suject matters you don't have a clue on!

I am here tohelp, and will not callnames unless you deserve. In your post you admitted you lack of knowledge, yet you still are trying to give advice. I would stick around and read every post you can to learn as much as possible, so that when the knowledgealbe leave the forum, there isstill a voice of reason.

I think that if I built a ported box in my car it wouldnt sound to good because of it being a vert. but I am going to sound deaden my truck as soon as the stuff comes in so hope fully it will make more sound go into the car instead of just rattle everything. Just wondering were all of you guys bought all of you audio stuff if you could post a link I would appretiate it.
