Well, i have the mach 460 and my right front tweeter blew, Should i just replace it with the stock speaker, or would it be worth it to go aftermarket, if that is possible using the stock amps?

Absolutly. I would definatly lookfor a new component set for your front stage. Something basic would definatly work, and you'll be one step ahead when/if you decide to add an amplifier, subwoofer(s) etc.

Well, I actually do have a 2 subs right now and an aftermarket head unit. So will a different set of tweeters work with the factory amps?

Factory Mach amps I believe operate at 8 ohm. If you want mosey through a junkyard and just snag one until you get around to installing more, or what all you do have so far.
