I think they'll look sweet too. Plus I have a mineral grey mustang with dark charcoal interior. I think it will all look good together. I found a couple of ideas for the install. Let me know what yall think of them and which might be better:

i would build a box like this (this is my set-up...nevermind the subs, they are not staying!)
except have the sub in the middle of the box, and the two amps flanking the sub on either side. have the amps sunk in to the box a little so that they are flush with the lip of the sub.
then get some of the black eD carpet that they sell (for really cheap) and cover the entire trunk in it. also, you may want to look into building/buying a grille for the sub to protect it from crap in the trunk, and to allow you to just throw stuff back there without having to worry about puncturing the cone.
oh yea my box is just a regular sealed box. i had them fab up some panels and carpet them, so that they could be bolted on to the box and make it look flushed in with the trunk.
