light dimming

how can you create your cabin light to dim when it turns off like a lot of luxury cars have these days intead of just a quick on/off of the light?

i have an 02 if it makes any difference.. seems like ill have to install something into the cabin light?

You would need to design a small circuit with some capacitance and a couple resistors. Good luck finding someone to design it.

I don't think it is as easy as slappin a cap in the wire........

Its mroe then likely a simple circuit but I'm no electrical enginner, us mechanicals stay as far away as we can.
