What kind of subs would you all recomend for me. I have the Mach 460 and a pioneer head unit. I am going to put my new subs in the bottom of my trunk like md. Let me know what you all think. I will need an amp too

 

get a rockford amp.. by far the strongest amp ive ever had. you wont regret it.

 

theyre also one of the most expensive...I would just go with two 12s in a custom box and not build it into the trunk, doesnt sound nearly as good in my opinion. Or of you do build it into the spare tire place just put a 15" in there.

 

JL Audio makes the best sounding subs for the least money IMO. You should go to a car stereo shop and listen to different subs. Everyone has different taste in speakers.

 

I have a JL W6 12". JL makes very good products.

welll i went to Best Buy yesterday and priced a system holy crap. About a 1000 dollars for 2 subs and an amp. I was thinking more like 500 dollars. I just dont know if i want to spend a 1000 dollars on a system or save it for 6 more months sell mine and get a diff car. What would you all do?

 

dude ill tell u what i did. i went to best buy and bought my amp. its an 800 watt kenwood for $200 or $250. Then i went to circuit city and paid 100 for each infinity sum, and 60 for a Q-logic box. So with the subs, box, and amp i paid under 500. Plus the wires u need. Thats the way to do it right there man.
