You should not go with Dual. That brand is really garbage. Actually, the car audio at best buy is way overpriced, unless you get an employee discount, and is really not that great even at a discounted price.

You can do much better online. What is your budget for the entire system and what type of music do you listen too?

I have a 94 stock v6, and I'm looking to upgrade the sound system. I had popped speakers, so I replaced them with alpine 5x7s. I'm thinking about subs and an amp, but I have no idea how to go about it. I got snowed on my speakers, I payed $400 for them total, so I do NOT want to go through that again. Anyone know what I should be looking for?

Any touch screen you get for $500 can't be that great, but whatever floats your boat.

For $700-$800 for speakers this would be a great setup..

Front Amp: http://www.edesignaudio.com/edv2/pro...products_id=45
Sub Amp: http://www.edesignaudio.com/edv2/pro...products_id=47
Sub: http://www.edesignaudio.com/edv2/pro...products_id=35
If you use the package builder thats $586

Front Speakers http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?...roduct_ID=3341$200

That puts you a little over budget to get wiring and build a box but would be an amazing setup for the money!
