I recently bought a 1994 mustang and it has a mach 460 sound system in it. Problem is, is that whenever I turn on the power to the radio there is music playing but there is a very loud bass sound coming from the back (obviously can tell that something is wrong becausei cant use my radio right now).. I can hear the music, I have already looked at the bass and turned it all the way down and it still has the same problem..

Any help??

can you describe the sound a little better? does it vary with engine rpm?

it might vary with engine rpm because sometimes you can hear the music a lot clearer and the bass is low but you can still hear something... its a stock radio also .. the sound is like a loud loud bass/rattling coming from the back .. pretty much just sounds like really loud bass but i have it turned all the way down so i dont know what is causing it..
