Each panel of the entire system is custom fitted such that it will JUST barely fit in the opening of the trunk on an extreme angle. There's an exact methodology that only I know regarding how to take everything out and put it back in again. The sub box has to be put in from inside the cabin, and is about 1/8" smaller than the pass through opening. Everything is a damn tight fit! That of course was the hardest part of the design.

Oh how fun it was, the passenger side isn`t that bad, but the driver side is crazy.

The first day I worked on this was just spent making templates for all the panels. (Out of bristol board and cardboard)

Why did you cover 1/5th of the subs with the false floor? [&:]

amps are a little too tall it looks to me. I've been in that same situation although I would have gone down into the spare tire well myself as I am now. It is gonna be a tight fit with the 2 800.4's and all the wiring but I am willing to get my shoe horn out.... If I could get my guy to get my some sound damping mat I would start glassin this weekend........
