Actually, you have more trunk space than my stock 02 GT Convertible with the Mach 1000

I`ve always wanted to see the Mach 1000 system in person, the pictures I`ve seen look crazy.

I've never heard of Macrom comps.
Me too!

Would like to hear some now though.

I like the design man, very clean, simple and functional, good to see it's easily removable for the track.

Only thing I dont like is the massive Honda emblem you have for an amp rack

I know thats why I pointed it out. It's one of those hidden subliminal type things. Just be grateful it's just a H and not a bowtie, how pissed would you be if the design you ended up with was a bowtie? [:'(]

Excellent question, to which I have a terrible answer. I will put down as another regret the means I used to attach my cover. Industrial adhesive... like the metal will come off before the adhesive releases. I fell back on this cause I couldn't find another means that would be strong and completely resistant to vibrations. It's probably the best solution if you never want to remove it, but if you do, it's certainly the worst option.

Commercially available trunk lid covers use (one time use) plastic clips. So you'd have to get a new set of clips everytime you remove it, and they would not be nearly as resistant to vibration.

The problem is the surface on the trunk you'd be mounting to is farrrrr from a perfect plane, so it would be nearly impossible to use velcro, I had to add 3/4" spacers in order to use the industrial adhesive in the centre area.
