No reply on this? I too would like to see pix of the replacements, installation process, and if there are some tasteful replacements for the chunky-ugly door grills. the closest one that i could find are forgate punch... after all the plastic crap has been taken off the magnet...but the magnet still hits the back of the enclosure.... so still looking

I have a 06 mustang, and a 4 channel amp under the passenger seat, with a bridged amp in a custom box with 2 12" subwolfers in the trunk. I was just asking about replacing the 4 factory speakers (doors/rear) and my local audio guy said with my setup the 8"'s in the doors were not worth the $ and to just disconnect them. That's what i plan on doing...
Thought id' throw it in there for another option.

You have the Memphis Msync8 (factory web site says mount depth 3.5 inches) in the Factory location with NO modifications? What year is the car again (wondering if there are some differences between 05-07)
