OK I'm a newbie. I have a 2002 GT and want to install some brighter white/blue headlights. I came across the Luminics online and just wanted to see if anyone has used these and if they're any good. I need something cheap can't afford alot right now.Another issue I had was whenever I hit 60mph my car starts vibrating and once I get to 65 or 70 it stops. Just wanted to get some advice I thought I might need to have the tires balanced. Thank you...sorry for any stupid questions.

I don't know about the headlights, just don't touch them when installing them.....
