Default Amp in Rear Quarter

Ok, So i have been debating for a while now about how to install my amp. This just crossed my mind. would it be ok if i put it in the rear quarter where the speaker box is for the rear speakers? I have a convertible and the speakers are mounted in these rather large grey "boxes" and i will be removing the rear speakers at some point anyway. The NINe.1 has a built in fan, but if i went this way, should i look into installing another fan? The NINe.1 will be pushing two 11Ov.2 d2s. If i should install another fan, how exactly do i go about installing it? Thanks guys, and this would be (I think) the best option for many reasons, (keep trunk space, security cause no one will think to look for an amp there, etc...) Thanks!

you mean behind the interior panel? This would be a bad spot as there is no air there to even have a fan move across it.

Pull the spare time mang, plenty O space in there.......

If i put the amp in the tire well, how do i mount it in there? Bolt it to a piece of wood and then bolt that to the bottom? How do i make sure to not puncture the gas tank? Or is there a lot of clearance there? Thanks t.....
