Quick question

Default Quick question

Does anyone know if you can fit a Kicker 10" Solo-Baric Subwoofer Enclosure into a 2003 for mustang convertible..becasue i was deciding on that or the just regular Kicker 10" subwoofer becasue i know that one will fit but im not sure if you can lay this one differetly or anyhitng

in a convertable you would be better off with a custom made box but I am sure if you went by a kicker dealer they would be more then happy to see if one would fit.

yes you can easily fit L7 10 into a vert. i had a L7 12 before i downsized to two L7 8's. just use kicker's truck boxes if you don't want to go with a custom box.

sub will definitely fit no problem in a custom box, i used to have one in my '03 vert. what are the dimensions of the box? i believe you can have something just under 14" tall. the hard part is just getting it in. (no jokes!!!)

If i looked at the right box, you would have to lay down the box and that is going to take up A LOT of your small trunk as it is. If you don't care about trunk space or appearance (and usually performance) go for the prefab, but if you want to create a custom box I'll try and post some pics tomorrow of my box and what you could do to keep some space.
