...too bad i dont have subs yet haha. but anyways what would be a resonable offer for the subs? i keep forgetin about the darn amps, i kno they arent anything special tho

As PR said, I wouldn't give much for 'em. If you gave any more than $100, I'd have to really question your sanity.
That being said, they'd be OK entry-level subs if you can get him to sell them for cheap.
