You could use that high level input. Same as using an LOC though...
When you say your stock stereo doesn't have the right connections to use the LOC I think your confused, you tap into speakers wires, whether it be at the front at the head unit or the easiest place, which is at the rear speaker location, then you run a short set of RCA's from the loc to your amplifiers RCA inputs. Or if you use the high level input on your amp you will just need a couple pieces of, say, 4 feet of speaker wire and run that to the high level input on the amplifier. If the amplifier uses a connection plug for the high level input and you lost or dont have that then you will need to get ahold of the manufacturer and get one, or do some severe rigging... [:@]

thanks, although i have already purchased the LOC i will just have to use that. And is there any possible way to wire to the ignition so when i turn it off my amp will go off. Or do i need to purchase a switch? thanks for all the help.
